Does this replace employees?

No. The goal is to make your team more effective, not to replace them. The harder question, how your team finds out their calls are being transcribed without breaking trust, is yours to lead. Only the owner can credibly tell their team this; an outsider announcing it = trust catastrophe. Happy to talk through the pitfalls on the discovery call if it's relevant.

How much of my team's time does it take?

What do we keep afterwards?

Everything we build is yours: the code, the data, the dashboards, the process maps. We build on standard, widely used tools (React, Postgres, Python), so any developer can pick it up and keep going. It all runs in your own cloud or on your own servers, so your data stays under your control. If a feature uses an outside AI service, only the needed parts are sent. You own the product, you do not rent it. Everything is documented, client-owned, and transferable; ongoing help is optional and easy to stop. If you ever move on, you take all of it with you.

Per BCG (2025), 60% of companies see minimal AI returns, usually because they deploy technology before fixing processes. Sometimes the right answer is to fix the process manually first. That's also a result.

AVK Group is a small founder-led team. Alex leads every engagement personally. He's your single point of contact and signs off on every deliverable. For specific work such as engineering, integrations, design, and security, we bring in trusted specialists from our network. You always get senior attention, and the responsibility is always with us. We need access to your data and people who know how the business actually works. It's a partnership, not outsourcing, and the load on your team stays minimal.

How do you handle confidential data?

NDA before starting, standard practice. Minimal required access. Where possible, we work with data exports/copies. Data can be anonymized. Everything created is your property. After completion, access is revoked.

Can we start with just one problem?

Yes, and that's usually what we do. In the first week we enter through a specific pain. One loop. One cycle. If results come, we expand.

Do you work with businesses outside Europe?

We work from Barcelona, remote and async-first, across US and EU time zones. Most of the work happens in writing and short screen recordings, so distance is not a factor. English or Russian.

Does the system work while I sleep?

If we built one for you, yes: pipelines refresh on schedule and checks flag problems without anyone pushing buttons. The system is documented and client-owned, and we hand it over so your team can run it.

I'm a fractional COO or CFO with portfolio companies. How do you work with operators?

You keep the client relationship, the operating cadence, and the metric definitions. We do the implementation behind you: map the sources, build the pipeline, automate the reporting, and hand over documented, client-owned code. The usual first step is one Reporting Automation Sprint on one portfolio company. We contract either with the portfolio company directly or through your practice, and we invoice in USD with the standard W-8BEN paperwork.
