No — the goal is making your team more effective, not replacing them. The harder question — how your team finds out their calls are being transcribed without breaking trust — is yours to lead. We need access to your data and people who know how the business actually works. It's a partnership, not outsourcing — but the load on your team is minimal.

How do you handle confidential data?

NDA before starting — standard practice. Minimal required access. Where possible, we work with data exports/copies. Data can be anonymized. Everything created is your property. After completion — access is revoked.
