Does this replace employees?

No — the goal is making your team more effective, not replacing them. The harder question — how your team finds out their calls are being transcribed without breaking trust — is yours to lead. Only the owner can credibly tell their team this; an outsider announcing it = trust catastrophe. Happy to talk through the pitfalls on the discovery call if it's relevant.

Minimal. One contact person, 2-3 hours per week. Plus 1-2 short interviews with key people. We handle the main work.

AVK Group is a small founder-led team. Alex leads every engagement personally — he's your single point of contact and signs off on every deliverable. For specific work — engineering, integrations, design, security — we bring in trusted specialists from our network. You always get senior attention, and the responsibility is always with us. We need access to your data and people who know how the business actually works. It's a partnership, not outsourcing — but the load on your team is minimal.

How do you handle confidential data?

NDA before starting — standard practice. Minimal required access. Where possible, we work with data exports/copies. Data can be anonymized. Everything created is your property. After completion — access is revoked.

Yes, and that's usually what we do. First week — enter through specific pain. One loop. One cycle. If results come — we expand.

Does the system work while I sleep?

If we built one for you, yes. That's a fully-built engagement (typically Full Month + Ongoing): agents run on your server, you get a morning report, anomaly flags, meeting transcripts, action items extracted. Not every project reaches this stage — we scope it explicitly per engagement.
