01 — Software for businesses that depend on the owner

Does everything depend on you? Only the decisions stay with you.

We don't write procedures. We build a working system on your accounts.

Price and date agreed before we start. We keep the date.

  • The date starts when we get the last access we need, and it covers the agreed scope.
  • We do not count the time we wait for you (access, an answer, acceptance). The project room shows it.
  • If the pause is long, we agree a new date together.
  • A change of scope is a new task, priced before we start.

Requests, quotes, payments, contracts, reports, tasks passed between people: right now it all waits for you. We set up the process so the work does not wait for you: clear steps for your team, pages for your clients, and AI for routine work. The decisions stay with you.

Two minutes: your email and a few words about your task. The call is free. We reply within one working day.

  • Discovery (paid analysis) €800 · counts toward the project price
  • The whole process: from €9,000, about 8 weeks
  • One part of a process: €2,500–5,000, 2–4 weeks
  • Code and accounts are yours

You talk to Aleksandr Kudriavtsev, the founder who leads the work · Barcelona · English and Russian

Projects: X2Bike · Eltex · a service for psychologists · a wealth manager in Switzerland

The whole process: from the first request to the result, such as a paid invoice or a finished job, with steps for your team, pages for your clients and AI for routine work.

02 — Who it is for

Is this you?

We can help if most of this sounds familiar:

  1. 01A process depends on one person: you.
  2. 02Your team waits for your answer to move on.
  3. 03Clients ask in chats what the status is.
  4. 04Quotes and documents are prepared manually every time.
  5. 05The steps are not written down. They live in people's heads.
  6. 06Ready-made software covers only part of the work.

A different task? Discovery is the same. We name the price before we start.

Describe your task

03 — What we build

Everything around one process.

Four things we build around the process that depends on you the most. People still do the work, but the work stops waiting for you.

  1. 01

    Request page

The client picks one of 3–5 variants and sends what you need to start. An unusual request gets its own quote.

  2. 02

    Team steps

Every request goes through the same steps. Each person sees their task and whose turn it is. Tasks no longer pass through you, and quotes come to you as drafts to approve.

  3. 03

    Client page

Your client sees the status, the documents and the next step without writing to you. It runs on your own accounts, not ours.

  4. 04

    AI helpers

They prepare routine work: a draft quote, a reply, a document. A person checks it and confirms. They do not see passwords.

Does not fit

  • A standard process like online booking or delivery: ready-made software covers it, and on the call we tell you which one
  • Every case is unique and no steps repeat
  • AI that acts without a person
  • Taking payments: a separate part, priced on its own

The whole process: from €9,000, about 8 weeks from the last access. It starts with discovery (€800).

05 — How we work

Six steps. You always know the next one.

06 — Project room

What we agree stays written down.

Agreements get lost in chats and email. In the project room they stay in one place: whose turn it is, what we agreed, how we check the work and every document.

Describe your task

07 — Pricing

Price and date come before the work.

  1. 01 · Call

    Free

30 minutes · we agree the time by email

    • We decide together if this is our task
  2. 02 · Discovery

    €800

paid before it starts · usually up to 15 working days · counts toward the project price

    • One starting point for both: the whole process or one part

03 · The whole process

from €9,000

about 8 weeks from the last access · paid in three stages (40% / 40% / 20%) · the €800 discovery is deducted from the first payment

It starts with discovery (€800), as one part does.

Limits: what the price covers

  • One process, from the first request to the result
  • One type of request (an order, a customer enquiry, a support ticket or a contract) with one path and usually 3–5 variants
  • Up to 3 roles on your team, plus your client · one language
  • Up to 2 external systems, such as your CRM or accounting software
  • 2 routine tasks done by AI, each confirmed by a person
  • An AI assistant for the owner. It can read data but not change anything
  • 60-day warranty
  • Taking payments is not included: it is a separate part

A second process or a second type of request is a separate task, priced before we start, like anything else beyond these limits.

  1. 04 · One part

    €2,500–5,000

usually 2–4 weeks from the last access

    • One step or function inside a process: payments, a report, a new location. No client pages
  2. 05 · Support

    from €800

per month, after handover, if you need it

    • Regular checks of scenarios, numbers and access

Anything outside the agreed scope gets its own price before we start. You decide.

What we are responsible for

  • The date. We name it before the start, in the same document as the scope and price, and we keep it. We count it from the last access. We do not count the time we wait for you, and the project room shows it.
  • A bug, or a case we missed under the agreed rules, is fixed for free at handover and for 60 days after.
  • If payments stop working during the warranty, we start within 4 working hours and tell you the next steps.
Describe your task

Then we agree a free 30-minute call by email.

08 — Cases

What we build and run.

E-bike rental network · hundreds of bikes in several cities of Poland and the Czech Republic · ongoing

X2Bike

  • Payments
  • Team tool
  • Data

We lead the development of X2Bike's rental system: PayU payments in several currencies, long-term rentals with monthly payments, workshop and repairs, staff access by location. Management sees what each bike earned and cost for any period, and asks an AI assistant about live data. The assistant can read, not change. We keep the system running for a fixed monthly fee; bigger changes are priced before we start.

Solar energy company · Spain · 2026

Eltex

  • Data

Sales, operations, support and finance worked in four separate systems. We connected them into one database updated every night, with a dashboard for managers and an AI assistant that can only read. Then every operational note, support ticket and call transcript was sorted by topic, and we counted the problems:

147,348
notes, tickets and call transcripts sorted into 16 topics
4,075
complaints found
891
broken promises to customers found
372
orders at high or critical risk of cancellation

Numbers as of June 2026.

Meridian and Kestrel on this page are fictional companies. The cases above are real work.

Describe your task
Aleksandr Kudriavtsev, Founder, AVK Group

Aleksandr Kudriavtsev

Founder, AVK Group

09 — Founder

You talk to the person who leads the work.

The cases above are my work: I lead development for X2Bike, led the Eltex data project and built the terminals for the Swiss wealth manager.

I have built each piece of this many times. Putting them together around one process is new.

I came to this from performance marketing: I bought ad traffic at Badoo, MY.GAMES and IZDAT and built dashboards for my own team. So I start from money and people, not from code.

I talk to you, break the task down and lead the work until handover. When a task needs more people, we bring in developers: you know their names and approve each one first. AVK Group is responsible for the result.

We do not take on: company websites and landing pages, marketing, brand design, or a vague “fix everything” without a named problem.

11 — Questions

Before you start.

What happens after I click “Describe your task”?

A short form opens: your email and a few words about your task. We reply to your email and agree a time for a free 30-minute call.

What does “the whole process” mean?

One process in your business, from the first request to the result, set up so it runs the same way every time. Your client sends what is needed, your team follows clear steps, your client sees the status, and AI prepares routine work for a person to confirm. The decisions stay with you, but you no longer have to pass the work from one step to the next.

Is this renting software?

No. Everything is built on your accounts, and the code, access and instructions are yours. You do not pay us to keep using it. Support after handover is optional.

Our requests are different every time. Will this work?

Usually they fall into 3–5 variants. We build those, and an unusual request gets an individual quote, as it does now. If every case is unique, with no steps that repeat, we say so on the call.

Have you built exactly this before?

Each piece of it, many times. Setting up a whole process this way is new. That is why discovery is paid but refundable: if it ends without our offer for the full work, you get the €800 back.

What will my clients see?

Their own page: the status, the documents and the next step. It runs on your accounts. They do not see the project room: that is between you and us.

Does the AI work on its own?

No. It prepares a draft, such as a quote, a reply or a document. A person checks and confirms it before anything goes to a client. It does not see passwords.

We already use amoCRM, Bitrix24 or Pipedrive. Do we have to replace it?

No. We connect to what you have and do not replace it. Each connected system counts toward the limit of 2 external systems in the price.

What about access and our clients' personal data?

We ask only for the access the task needs and list it before the start. For your clients' personal data we sign a data processing agreement with you. In the project room, passwords are stored encrypted and every password view is logged. You can close access at any time.

How long does it take, and how do we pay?

Small tasks from €450 take days. Discovery takes up to 15 working days. Then we name the earliest date we can start, and the proposal is valid for 30 days. One part takes 2–4 weeks. The whole process takes about 8 weeks from the last access and is paid in three stages (40% / 40% / 20%); the €800 discovery is deducted from the first payment. For one part, stage 1 is paid before we start and the next stages when you accept them. If your launch already has a date, put it in your request, and on the call we say what we can have ready by then.

What if something new comes up during the work?

If we missed something that follows from the agreed rules, we fix it for free. If it is new, such as a new payment method, a new data source or a new country, it gets its own price before we start, and we agree the date for it separately. You decide.

What if Aleksandr is unavailable?

The system is built on your accounts; code, access and instructions are handed over to you. Every agreement and document is in your project room, and the discovery document is written so another developer can continue. Developers who join the work are named in advance and join only with your approval.

What can go wrong?

Here are real risks and what we do about each. Access comes late: we count the date from the last access. Nobody can accept the work: we name that person before the start. An outside service changes its format without warning: we check it on every update, and you get an alert, not a silent error. We cannot promise these never happen, but we prepare for them in advance.

12 — Next step

Describe your task. We answer within one working day.

You do not need a written description. Tell us what depends on you, how often it happens and where the work gets stuck. If it is not for us, we say who fits better.

Know someone with a task like this?

If everything depends on you and your clients ask for the status in chats, write to Aleksandr Kudriavtsev at AVK Group: avkgroup.org/?ref=friend. The same if your launch is stuck on payments, your clients need their own account area, your team cannot cope without the right tool, or your numbers do not match. He answers within one working day, works out what needs to be done and gets it working for a fixed price.

What happens next: when your friend describes their task, we answer within one working day and say whether it is a task for us.
